FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
To place an order you need to:
- Go to the product page of your desired product.
- Select if available the size or other variant.
- Check the quantity if you would like more than one of the products.
- Click the “Add to cart” button to add the product to your virtual cart.
- Finally select your payment method, shipping information, and place the order.
You will receive an E-mail containing the detail of your order. That E-mail will also contain your unique order ID and a summary of your purchase. If you didn’t get an order confirmation E-mail make sure to check your Spam folder in case it ended up in there.
If you need to change any information or adjustments regarding your orders shipping address, the quantity you selected or you’d like to cancel the order then this can be done within 12 hours. If you have an account with us then on the top right of the website you’ll find the “My Account” tab. You can edit, add or change any information there.
All our orders are shipping with tracking information. Once an order is dispatched you’ll receive an email with the tracking number.
